Gizlilik Politikası Privacy Policy
Bu politika, Emircan Demir tarafından geliştirilen ve işletilen dört uygulamanın kişisel verileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar: hangi verilere erişilir, neden erişilir, nerede ve ne kadar süre saklanır, kimlerle paylaşılır ve nasıl silinir.
01Veri Sorumlusu ve Kapsam
Veri sorumlusu, İstanbul/Türkiye'de yerleşik gerçek kişi geliştirici Emircan Demir'dir. Bu politika, Emircan Demir Apps çatısı altındaki dört uygulamanın tamamı için geçerlidir. Uygulamalar tek bir Google OAuth istemcisini paylaştığından, Google onay ekranında görünen izinler bu dört uygulamanın toplamını kapsar.
Politikanın bu sürümü, önceki sürümde eksik veya hatalı kalan üç noktayı düzeltir: Abonelik Takipçisi uygulaması kapsama alınmış, e-posta gövdesinin okunduğu açıkça belirtilmiş ve dil modeli sağlayıcısına yapılan aktarım ifşa edilmiştir.

- Otomasyon & Ajanda (emircandemir.com) — Gmail, Takvim ve Görevler verilerinden günlük ajanda ve e-posta özeti üretip Telegram'a ileten, arayüzsüz çalışan kişisel verimlilik servisi.
- Abonelik Takipçisi (abonelik.emircandemir.com) — Gmail kutusundaki fatura ve abonelik e-postalarından aktif abonelikleri, yenileme tarihlerini ve aylık gideri çıkaran harcama takip uygulaması.
- SmartDiyet (smartdiyet.com.tr) — Diyetisyen ve danışanlar için beslenme takibi ve diyet programı platformu. Google yalnızca oturum açma için.
- DigiMenu (digimenu.emircandemir.com) — Restoranlar için QR kodlu dijital menü yönetimi. Google yalnızca oturum açma için.
03Google İzinleri ve Erişilen Google Verileri
Aşağıdaki izinler dışında hiçbir Google izni talep edilmez. Google Drive, Kişiler, Fotoğraflar ve E-Tablolar'a erişim istenmez.

Ne saklanmadığı: E-postalarınızın tam metni hiçbir zaman kalıcı olarak saklanmaz. Abonelik Takipçisi, tespit ettiği bir aboneliği doğrulanabilir kılmak için ilgili e-posta içeriğinin yalnızca ilk 500 karakterini abonelik kaydına iliştirir. Otomasyon servisi e-posta içeriğini hiç saklamaz; yalnızca aynı e-postanın iki kez bildirilmemesi için mesaj kimliklerini 7 gün tutar.

Saklama süresi dolan veriler silinir veya geri döndürülemez biçimde imha edilir. Yasal bir saklama yükümlülüğü doğarsa yalnızca o yükümlülüğün gerektirdiği veri ve süre kadar saklanır.
05Verilerin Paylaşımı ve Alt İşleyiciler
Verileriniz satılmaz, kiralanmaz ve reklam amacıyla paylaşılmaz. Veri simsarlarına veya bilgi satıcılarına aktarılmaz. Yalnızca hizmetin çalışması için zorunlu olan aşağıdaki alt işleyiciler kullanılır:

Bunların dışında veri paylaşımı yalnızca üç durumda gerçekleşir: (a) açık rızanız, (b) hukuki bir yükümlülük veya yetkili makam talebi, (c) güvenlik ihlali soruşturması.
İnsan tarafından inceleme: Google API'lerinden elde edilen verileriniz, sizin açık talebiniz (örneğin bir destek kaydı) veya güvenlik/hukuki zorunluluk dışında hiçbir insan tarafından okunmaz.
06Sınırlı Kullanım (Limited Use) Beyanı
Emircan Demir Apps' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Emircan Demir Apps'in Google API'lerinden aldığı bilgileri kullanımı ve başka bir uygulamaya aktarımı, Sınırlı Kullanım gereksinimleri dahil olmak üzere Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası'na uygundur.
- Google kullanıcı verileri yalnızca uygulama arayüzünde açıkça görünen kullanıcıya yönelik özellikleri sağlamak veya iyileştirmek için kullanılır.
- Veriler hedefli, kişiselleştirilmiş veya ilgi alanına dayalı reklam için kullanılmaz; veri simsarlarına satılmaz.
- Veriler kredi değerliliği tespiti veya kredilendirme amacıyla kullanılmaz.
- Google Workspace API'lerinden elde edilen veriler, genelleştirilmiş veya kişiselleştirilmemiş yapay zekâ ve makine öğrenimi modellerini geliştirmek, iyileştirmek veya eğitmek amacıyla kullanılmaz.
07Veri Güvenliği
- Tüm veri iletimi TLS 1.2+ (HTTPS) ile şifrelenir; HSTS zorunlu kılınmıştır.
- Abonelik Takipçisi'ndeki Google jetonları veritabanında AES-256-GCM ile şifrelenmiş olarak saklanır.
- Jetonlar hiçbir koşulda tarayıcıya gönderilmez; yalnızca sunucu tarafında kullanılır.
- Otomasyon servisinin kimlik dosyası sunucuda salt-okunur olarak bağlanır ve yalnızca ilgili sürecin erişimine açıktır.
- Sunucuda ağ seviyesinde saldırı engelleme (fail2ban, CrowdSec), içerik güvenliği politikası (CSP) ve güvenlik başlıkları etkindir.
- Yönetim erişimi yalnızca anahtar tabanlı SSH ile ve kısıtlı komutlarla yapılır.
Hiçbir sistem mutlak güvenlik garantisi veremez. Kişisel verilerinizi etkileyen bir ihlal tespit edilirse, yürürlükteki mevzuatın öngördüğü süre içinde tarafınıza ve yetkili makamlara bildirim yapılır.
08Silme ve Erişimi Geri Alma
- Google üzerinden: myaccount.google.com/permissions sayfasından erişimi kaldırdığınızda tüm jetonlar anında geçersiz olur ve uygulama yeni veri okuyamaz.
- Uygulama üzerinden: Abonelik Takipçisi'nde bağlı Google hesabını kaldırmak, saklanan jetonları ve o hesaba ait kayıtları siler. SmartDiyet ve DigiMenu'de hesabınızı sildiğinizde profiliniz ve bağlı Google hesap kaydınız birlikte silinir.
- Talep üzerine: emircand1@gmail.com adresine yazarak tüm verilerinizin silinmesini isteyebilirsiniz. Talepler yasal azami süre olan 30 gün içinde, uygulamada genellikle 48 saat içinde sonuçlandırılır.
09Haklarınız (KVKK ve GDPR)
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'nun 11. maddesi ve Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) uyarınca şu haklara sahipsiniz:
- Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme ve bunlara erişme,
- İşlenme amacını ve amaca uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
- Eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme,
- Silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,
- Verilerinizi yapılandırılmış bir biçimde alma (taşınabilirlik),
- İşlemeye itiraz etme ve verdiğiniz rızayı geri çekme,
- Kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme.

10Çerezler
Bu sitede ve uygulamalarda reklam veya takip çerezi kullanılmaz. Kullanılan çerezler yalnızca şunlardır:
- Oturum çerezleri: SmartDiyet, DigiMenu ve Abonelik Takipçisi'nde oturumunuzun açık kalması için zorunludur.
- Tercih saklama: Bu sayfadaki dil seçiminiz tarayıcınızın yerel deposunda tutulur; sunucuya gönderilmez.
- Google reCAPTCHA: yalnızca iletişim formunun bulunduğu sayfada, bot engelleme amacıyla Google tarafından yerleştirilir.
emircandemir.com üzerinde Google Analytics veya benzeri bir web analiz aracı kullanılmamaktadır; ziyaretçi davranışı izlenmez.
11İletişim Formu, reCAPTCHA ve IP Adresi
emircandemir.com üzerindeki iletişim formunu kullandığınızda ad, e-posta adresi, telefon (isteğe bağlı), konu ve mesajınız işlenir. Bu veriler veritabanına kaydedilmez; yalnızca e-posta olarak iletilir.
Formun işleyişinde IP adresiniz iki amaçla kullanılır:
- Kötüye kullanım önleme: 60 saniyede en fazla 3 gönderim sınırının uygulanması için IP adresiniz karma (hash) hâlinde geçici olarak tutulur; süre dolduğunda silinir.
- Google reCAPTCHA: Bot doğrulaması için IP adresiniz ve tarayıcı sinyalleriniz Google'a gönderilir. Bu işleme Google'ın Gizlilik Politikası ve Hizmet Şartları uygulanır.
Ayrıca sunucu erişim kayıtlarında IP adresi güvenlik amacıyla en fazla 30 gün tutulur.
12Çocukların Gizliliği
Uygulamalar 18 yaşın altındaki kişilere yönelik değildir ve bilerek 16 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan kişisel veri toplanmaz. Bir çocuğa ait veri toplandığını fark edersek gecikmeksizin sileriz. Ebeveyn veya vasi olarak böyle bir durumdan haberdarsanız lütfen bizimle iletişime geçin.
13Uluslararası Veri Aktarımı
Uygulama sunucuları Almanya'nın Frankfurt bölgesinde (Oracle Cloud
Infrastructure, eu-frankfurt-1) barındırılmaktadır. Hesap kayıtlarınız,
veritabanı içerikleri ve OAuth jetonlarınız bu bölgede işlenir ve saklanır; yani
verileriniz Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı içinde kalır.
Kullandığımız alt işleyicilerin bir kısmı (Google, OpenRouter, Telegram) Türkiye ve AEA dışında yerleşiktir. Bu hizmetlerin kullanımı, ilgili verinin bu ülkelere aktarılması anlamına gelir. Aktarım yalnızca hizmetin sunulması için zorunlu olan veriyle ve bu politikada tanımlanan amaçlarla sınırlıdır; her aktarım TLS ile şifrelenir.
14Politika Değişiklikleri
Bu politika, uygulamaların işlevi veya kullanılan Google izinleri değiştiğinde güncellenir. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu adreste yayımlanır ve sayfanın üstündeki “Son Güncelleme” tarihi ile sürüm numarası değiştirilir. Google kullanıcı verilerinin işlenme biçiminde esaslı bir değişiklik olması hâlinde, değişiklik yürürlüğe girmeden önce bağlı hesaplara e-posta ile bildirim yapılır ve gerekiyorsa yeniden onayınız istenir.

This policy explains how the four applications built and operated by Emircan Demir process personal data: what is accessed, why, where and for how long it is stored, who it is shared with, and how it is deleted.
01Data Controller and Scope
The data controller is Emircan Demir, an individual developer based in Istanbul, Türkiye. This policy applies to all four applications under the Emircan Demir Apps umbrella. Because these applications share a single Google OAuth client, the permissions shown on the Google consent screen cover all four combined.
This version corrects three items that were missing or inaccurate in the previous version: the Subscription Tracker application is now in scope, reading of the email body is stated explicitly, and the transfer to a language-model provider is disclosed.
02Applications Covered
- Automation & Agenda (emircandemir.com) — a headless personal productivity service that turns Gmail, Calendar and Tasks data into a daily agenda and email digest delivered over Telegram.
- Subscription Tracker (abonelik.emircandemir.com) — a spending tracker that extracts active subscriptions, renewal dates and monthly cost from invoice and subscription emails in Gmail.
- SmartDiyet (smartdiyet.com.tr) — a nutrition and diet-plan platform for dietitians and clients. Google is used for sign-in only.
- DigiMenu (digimenu.emircandemir.com) — QR-code digital menu management for restaurants. Google is used for sign-in only.
03Google Scopes and Google Data Accessed
No Google scope outside the list below is requested. Access to Google Drive, Contacts, Photos and Sheets is never requested.

What is not stored: the full text of your emails is never stored persistently. To make a detected subscription auditable, Subscription Tracker attaches only the first 500 characters of the relevant email content to the subscription record. The Automation service stores no email content at all; it keeps only message IDs for 7 days so the same email is not reported twice.

Data whose retention period has expired is deleted or irreversibly destroyed. If a legal retention obligation arises, only the data and duration that obligation requires are retained.
05Data Sharing and Sub-processors
Your data is never sold, rented or shared for advertising. It is not transferred to data brokers or information resellers. Only the following sub-processors, each required for the service to function, are used:

Beyond these, data is shared only in three cases: (a) with your explicit consent, (b) to comply with a legal obligation or a request from a competent authority, (c) during a security incident investigation.
Human review: data obtained through Google APIs is never read by a human except at your explicit request (for example a support ticket) or where required for security or legal reasons.
06Limited Use Disclosure
Emircan Demir Apps' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the application's interface.
- Data is not used for targeted, personalized or interest-based advertising, and is not sold to data brokers.
- Data is not used to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes.
- Data obtained through Google Workspace APIs is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence and/or machine learning models.
07Data Security
- All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.2+ (HTTPS); HSTS is enforced.
- Google tokens in Subscription Tracker are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM in the database.
- Tokens are never sent to the browser; they are used server-side only.
- The Automation service's credential file is mounted read-only on the server and is accessible only to that process.
- Network-level intrusion prevention (fail2ban, CrowdSec), a Content Security Policy and security headers are active on the server.
- Administrative access is key-based SSH only, with restricted commands.
No system can guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your personal data is detected, you and the competent authorities will be notified within the period required by applicable law.
08Deletion and Revoking Access
- Through Google: removing access at myaccount.google.com/permissions immediately invalidates all tokens, and the application can no longer read new data.
- Through the application: removing the connected Google account in Subscription Tracker deletes the stored tokens and that account's records. Deleting your account in SmartDiyet or DigiMenu deletes your profile together with the linked Google account record.
- On request: write to emircand1@gmail.com to request deletion of all your data. Requests are fulfilled within the legal maximum of 30 days, and in practice usually within 48 hours.
09Your Rights (KVKK and GDPR)
Under Article 11 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and access it,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- Request erasure or destruction of your data,
- Receive your data in a structured format (portability),
- Object to processing and withdraw consent you have given,
- Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
You can exercise these rights by writing to emircand1@gmail.com. You also retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority, or with your local data protection authority in the European Union.
10Cookies
No advertising or tracking cookies are used on this site or in the applications. The only cookies used are:
- Session cookies: required to keep you signed in on SmartDiyet, DigiMenu and Subscription Tracker.
- Preference storage: your language choice on this page is kept in your browser's local storage and is never sent to the server.
- Google reCAPTCHA: placed by Google, only on the page containing the contact form, for bot prevention.
Google Analytics or any comparable web analytics tool is not used on emircandemir.com; visitor behaviour is not tracked.
11Contact Form, reCAPTCHA and IP Address
When you use the contact form on emircandemir.com, your name, email address, phone (optional), subject and message are processed. This data is not written to a database; it is only delivered by email.
Your IP address is used for two purposes in the form flow:
- Abuse prevention: to enforce a limit of 3 submissions per 60 seconds, your IP address is stored temporarily in hashed form and deleted when the window expires.
- Google reCAPTCHA: your IP address and browser signals are sent to Google for bot verification. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that processing.
IP addresses are additionally kept in server access logs for security purposes for a maximum of 30 days.
12Children's Privacy
The applications are not directed at persons under 18, and personal data is not knowingly collected from children under 16. If we discover that data belonging to a child has been collected, we delete it without delay. If you are a parent or guardian aware of such a case, please contact us.
13International Data Transfers
The application servers are hosted in the Frankfurt, Germany region
(Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, eu-frankfurt-1). Your account records,
database contents and OAuth tokens are processed and stored in that region, meaning
your data remains within the European Economic Area.
Some of the sub-processors we use (Google, OpenRouter, Telegram) are established outside Türkiye and the EEA. Using these services means the relevant data is transferred to those countries. Such transfers are limited to the data strictly necessary to provide the service and to the purposes described in this policy; every transfer is encrypted with TLS.
14Changes to This Policy
This policy is updated whenever the applications' functionality or the Google scopes used change. The current version is always published at this address, with the “Last updated” date and version number at the top of the page revised accordingly. In the event of a material change to how Google user data is processed, connected accounts will be notified by email before the change takes effect, and renewed consent will be requested where necessary.
