A platform of five web applications built and operated by Emircan Demir. This page explains what each application does, which Google account permissions it requests and why, and what happens to your data.
The five applications below share a single Google OAuth client. Consequently, the permission list shown on the Google consent screen covers the permissions used across all of them; however, each application only requests the permissions its own functionality requires.
A personal productivity service that compiles Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Tasks data into a daily agenda, an unread-email digest and task reminders delivered over Telegram. It runs headless; only the account owner's own Google account is authorised.
A spending tracker that scans invoice and subscription emails in the Gmail inbox to show active subscriptions, renewal dates and total monthly cost in one dashboard. Only the last 30 days of email are scanned.
A nutrition platform for dietitians and their clients: meal tracking, diet plan authoring and client management. Google is used solely for account creation and sign-in (authentication).
A QR-code digital menu management system for restaurants and cafés. Google is used solely for the business owner's account creation and sign-in.
A corporate portal for a remote internship and training programme: applications, assessments, document review and signature workflows. Google is used solely for student and mentor sign-in; no calendar, email or task data is accessed.
Each scope powers a specific feature that is visible in the user interface. Every row explains why a narrower scope would not be sufficient.

This is the narrowest read-only scope available for Google Tasks; the

AI/ML affirmation: Data obtained through Google Workspace APIs is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence and/or machine learning models.
When the Automation & Agenda service produces the email digest, it sends the text to a language-model provider (OpenRouter) for inference only; that data is not used for model training. This transfer is documented in detail in the Sub-processors section of the Privacy Policy.
